Springbourne Homes Chairman Adrian Burr has pledged to carry out 30 ‘Acts of Kindness’ this year to celebrate the company’s 30th anniversary.
Adrian founded the business with his father James in 1993 and has seen the firm flourish and earn an enviable reputation for delivering quality homes in stunning locations.
Now he wants to mark three decades of award-winning success with a series of good deeds throughout the local community.
Adrian explained: “At Springbourne Homes we have always strived to ‘Do The Right Thing’ and that has really paid off for us over the years.
“So we decided to apply the same motto to our 30th anniversary celebrations and do the right thing to help support our local communities.
“We’re looking to carry out 30 Acts of Kindness throughout 2023 and are now busy compiling a list of deserving cases and projects to support.”
It’s certainly going to be a busy 2023 for Springbourne as we put the finishing touches to our flagship Hornsey Rise site in Wellsborough, near Sibson, which has scooped four national awards.
We’re also about to begin construction of 29 new luxury homes in a countryside setting just south of Melton Mowbray.
And we’ve gained planning permission for the construction of eight luxury homes at The Coppice in Burbage, near Hinckley, and for a stunning bespoke residence in the heart of Cornish fishing village, Port Isaac – home of the popular Doc Martin TV series.
