Springbourne Homes is aiming to begin work on a range of new, luxury homes near Melton Mowbray in the summer of 2024.

We will be building 29 stylish homes at a superb ten acre site in Sandy Lane, two miles south of the popular market town, which is known as the Rural Capital of Food.

Our new flagship development will feature five, four and three bedroom homes, including seven bungalows.

Springbourne Homes chairman Adrian Burr announced the news, saying : “I am delighted we’re moving forward to beginning construction at Sandy Lane this summer.

“We’re looking forward to delivering yet another top quality development based on our unique brand of aspirational homes, which have been the bedrock of our success for almost 30 years now.”

The Springbourne chairman’s confidence is understandable after a record-breaking haul of awards for our current Hornsey Rise development, near Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, which won five national industry awards.

That’s why Adrian is expecting keen interest in Sandy Lane, adding: “Happily our reputation for delivering quality homes goes before us.

“At Hornsey Rise we sold the bulk of our award-winning homes off the plans with our keen customers prepared to wait for them to be built.

“We’re anticipating similar interest at Sandy Lane and hopefully some more awards along the way.”
