Springbourne Homes’ spectacular Hornsey Rise development has been shortlisted for yet another award. The stunning setting for 19 luxury homes, near Market Bosworth, has been nominated for a top prize at this year’s ProCon Awards for Leicestershire.

Springbourne is a finalist in the Large Residential Development category and we’ll find out if we’ve won at a glittering awards ceremony at the King Power Stadium in Leicester on November 10.

Six judges toured the ten acre Hornsey Rise site on August 17, including a guided walk through one of the luxury homes, and we were confirmed as a finalist on August 25.”

The ProCon Awards are the county’s biggest celebration of design and development in the region and are judged by leading professionals from the property and construction industry.

Springbourne Homes chairman Adrian Burr stated ‘’It’s pleasing to see that our hard work is paying off and the company is getting the recognition it deserves.

Hornsey Rise has already claimed three prestigious UK Property Awards including ‘Best in the UK for Architecture for a Multiple Residence development’.

It’s now in line for even more success, first at the ProCon Awards in November, and then the upcoming WhatHouse Awards, which are dubbed the ‘Oscars of the housebuilding industry’.
