These amazing photographs show the dramatic transformation of a derelict, desecrated chapel into a stunning 21st Century home.
The abandoned 1930s chapel had been vandalised and covered in graffiti before Springbourne converted it into a luxury dwelling.
Springbourne chairman Adrian Burr said: “Hornsey Rise has an incredible history dating back to Lady Godiva.
“I wanted to do the right thing and incorporate as much of that history into the development, including the chapel.
“I believed we could create a stylish, modern home while retaining the vast majority of its original features.
“I’m proud we’ve combined the old with the new to deliver a unique home of character and style.”
