Springbourne Homes has scooped two top design awards for its stunning £19m Hornsey Rise site in Leicestershire.
The luxurious location, near Market Bosworth, has been recognised in the Residential Development and Architecture Multiple Residence categories of the 2021/22 UK Property Awards.
The prestigious awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
Awards President Stuart Shield announced: “The objective of these awards is to recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry and I’d like to congratulate the whole team at Springbourne Homes for the splendid efforts made in order to achieve this success.”
The Springbourne team will be honoured at the United Kingdom Property Awards gala evening at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel on October 29.
Springbourne chairman Adrian Burr said: “I’m delighted. This is the pinnacle of our 26 year history of building quality homes throughout the Midlands.
“During that time we’ve won many national awards and we’re especially thrilled to have now been recognised in the UK Property Awards which are widely regarded as the most prestigious in our industry.”
Chief Executive Lee Harris added: “As a developer, Springbourne is responsible for the delivery of homes for the future by predicting the needs of modern families and demonstrating innovation while still protecting the integrity of traditional housing values.
“This double success in the highly-respected UK Property Awards validates that we have successfully delivered a development of the highest quality and design that’s been recognised and applauded by our peers.”
Hornsey Rise is a spectacular development of 19 bespoke homes in an idyllic countryside setting in Wellsborough, which boasts incredible panoramic views across rural Leicestershire and Warwickshire.
