Springbourne Homes has scooped THREE top design awards for our stunning £19m Hornsey Rise development  – including Best in the UK for Architecture.

The luxurious location, near Market Bosworth, Leicestershire also picked up prestigious Five Star awards in the Residential Development (Leicestershire) and Architecture Multiple Residence (East Midlands) categories of the 2021/22 UK Property Awards.

It was certainly quite a night at the glitzy awards ceremony at London’s swanky Royal Lancaster Hotel as the prizes kept coming!

Springbourne chairman Adrian Burr was thrilled by the recognition and was full of praise for his talented team, saying: “I’m absolutely delighted. This is the pinnacle of our 26 year history of building quality homes throughout the Midlands.

“During that time we’ve won many national awards and we’re especially thrilled to have received such high praise and recognition in the UK Property Awards, which are widely regarded as the most prestigious in our industry.

“Two awards for Architecture is testament to our long and successful partnership with Hayward Architects and I was so pleased that directors Zoe Massey and Lee Ward were with us to share the occasion and the acclaim.

The prestigious awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts,  focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

UK Property Awards President Stuart Shield announced: “The objective of these awards is to recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry and I’d like to congratulate the whole team at Springbourne Homes for the splendid efforts made in order to achieve this success.”

Naturally, after all the official photographs and interviews were finished, Adrian, Lee and the Springbourne team celebrated in style, jumping onto the stage to sing and dance into the early hours! Well why not?
