A comprehensive, state-of-the-art security system has gone live at Springbourne Homes’ prestigious Hornsey Rise site.

The sophisticated, hi-tech system features a series of Dalek-style monitors which have been strategically placed around the luxury development of new homes near Market Bosworth to provide the very latest in protection.

The monitors are fitted with CCTV cameras, a spotlight and are linked to the site’s 24/7 security team which is based just minutes away.

Springbourne Homes chairman Adrian Burr explained: “This is the ultimate security system which is delivering the highest level of protection for our exciting Hornsey Rise development.

“If any one of the devices is triggered an alarm call is immediately sent to our security team who will respond to the alert within minutes.

“The monitor itself also sounds an alarm on the site, broadcasts a warning message to any intruders and takes video footage to record any illegal activity.

“We have installed a series of these monitors across the site which work in unison with one another to provide the most comprehensive level of security and protection available today.”

The Hornsey Rise site, in Bosworth Road, Wellsborough, is now making rapid progress and the 19 luxury homes will be officially going on sale soon.

The first phase of the development is well on course to be finished by the end of the year with Phase Two expected to be completed in the summer of 2021.

Interest in the development, which has outstanding, panoramic views across the Leicestershire and Warwickshire countryside, has been so high that five of the properties have already been reserved, with keen buyers quick to act even though the site is still under construction.
