Award-winning Developers Springbourne Homes has sold all 24 homes on its Troutponds Farm site in Sheepy Magna, Leicestershire.

The popular development offered two, three and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles – terraced, mews and detached.

All the properties featured underfloor heating on the ground floor, with fully fitted kitchens with German Appliances, bathrooms with Pura sinitaryware and Porcelanosa tiles.

Hinckley-based Haywards Architects are currently finalising the lay-out of the site and the designs for the elegant, bespoke homes which will go on sale next year. The first new homes will become available next year and the site will be completed in 2020.
