Award-winning Developers Springbourne Homes has sold all 24 homes on its Troutponds Farm site in Sheepy Magna, Leicestershire.
The popular development offered two, three and four bedroom homes in a variety of styles – terraced, mews and detached.
All the properties featured underfloor heating on the ground floor, with fully fitted kitchens with German Appliances, bathrooms with Pura sinitaryware and Porcelanosa tiles.
Springbourne Managing Director Adrian Burr: “There was strong demand for these homes and we are very pleased with the finished look of the whole development.
“We’ve created a lovely environment for our buyers to enjoy – quality homes in a classy location in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside.”
Springbourne’s award-winning construction team won’t have to move far to begin work on their next project. They are moving just three miles down the road to construct 20 luxury homes at Wellesborough, on the site of the former Hornsey Rise Memorial Home.
Mr Burr said: “Like Trout Ponds, Wellsborough sits in an enviable location with outstanding views across some beautiful countryside.
“Locations like these don’t become available too often, so we are expecting more keen interest when we unveil the full plans and designs for Wellsborough soon.”
Hinckley-based Haywards Architects are currently finalising the lay-out of the site and the designs for the elegant, bespoke homes which will go on sale next year. The first new homes will become available next year and the site will be completed in 2020.
