Managing Director Adrian Burr has marked the 25th anniversary of Springbourne Homes by promising more luxury homes are on the way.
Adrian launched Springbourne in 1993 and the company has since won a string of awards and earned a glowing reputation for building elegant homes in stunning locations.
Adrian said: “I’m delighted with our achievements over the past 25 years and I’m looking forward to even greater successes in the future.
“It was always my vision to build a firm that created bespoke homes in superb settings and I must pay tribute to the entire Springbourne team for helping me turn that dream into a reality.
“We can look back proudly on the portfolio of homes we have delivered to date and we can look forward excitedly to adding even more stunning homes in the years ahead.”
Springbourne’s current development at Trout Ponds in Sheepy Magna, Leicestershire, is the firm’s latest success. More than 95% of the site has already been sold.
Future sites have already been acquired in Melton Mowbray and Wellsborough, near Market Bosworth, with plans already prepared for more ground-breaking developments as the company continues to go from strength to strength.
