It’s all systems go at Springbourne Homes as our multi-award winning team embark on a series of exciting, new projects.

In Melton Mowbray we will be delivering 29 luxury homes on a stunning 10 acre setting in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside.

The Sandy Lane development is situated a couple of miles south of Melton and will feature five, four and three bedroom homes and include seven bungalows.

We’re also putting the finishing touches to a specialist, bespoke build in the popular fishing village of Port Isaac, Cornwall.

Work will begin soon on demolishing an abandoned old garage that’s become a local eyesore and embarrassment  as we clear the corner plot for a state-of-the-art 21st century dwelling and commercial property.

It’s an exciting renewal and regeneration project that will help transform the village that’s the famous location for the popular Doc Martin TV series.

Closer to home, we will be delivering eight stylish new homes at The Coppice in Burbage, Leicestershire, and are also seeking planning for new homes at a fabulous site in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire.

So we’re not resting on our laurels after a record breaking year scooping five top awards with our current Hornsey Rise development near Market Bosworth.
