Springbourne Homes chairman Adrian Burr is staging a novel New Year sale by offering a week’s stay at a luxury villa in the Caribbean for the firm’s first new customer in 2021.
The Springbourne chief is promising a seven day treat at one of the company’s five star villas in Antigua, to the first New Year client to exchange contracts on a new home.
His stunning offer comes as the first luxury homes near completion at the award-winning firm’s Hornsey Rise development in Wellsborough, near Market Bosworth, Leicestershire.
He said: “We’re very excited to welcome in 2021 and very keen to see our bold vision for our flagship development at Hornsey Rise become a reality.
“We want to share that excitement so we’ve decided to mark the New Year with a unique offer to our first customer in 2021.
“The first new client to exchange contracts on a home at Hornsey Rise this year will also enjoy a free seven night stay at one of our villas in Antigua.
“It’s a win-win scenario – you can secure a luxury home and have a luxury holiday in the Caribbean to celebrate.”
The race to Antigua could be keenly contested as there’s already plenty of interest in the new homes, described as the “Finest New Residencies in Leicestershire” by top local estate agents Alexanders.
Seven of the 19 properties on the 10 acre site, which includes a private three acre wood for the exclusive use of residents, have already been reserved, even though they’re still under construction.
Burr, who set up the flourishing firm in Nuneaton 26 years ago, is not surprised by the interest.
He added: “We’ve built many developments over the years of which we’re still immensely proud, we’ve also won awards along the way but there’s no doubt that Hornsey Rise takes everything to another level.
“It will be the jewel in the crown of the Springbourne collection as these elegant new homes are on a site packed full of history and surrounded by such stunning countryside and amazing panoramic views.
